Poor night vision. About 20% of people have
poor vision in twilight and nearly 50% in the
dark. Low-luminance myopia does not show up
in normal optical tests, but in 1989 a method
was developed of measuring the degree of
blurring by projecting images on a screen
using a weak laser beam.
